First Post/ First Song

I dunno if anyone will ever look at this but a friend suggested that I post some of my songs so I figured I might as well go for it. So since this is my first post on my first blog, so I figured it was only appropriate to post one from the archives. It's not the greatest and its a bit depressing, but I had to start somewhere and at 14 every kid is over dramatic lol. By the way in case anyone was curious about the title of my blog, I named it "Songs About Someone," because almost every song I've ever written has been inspired by someone in my life. Well anyway here is my first song. If anyone is ever curious as to what a song is about or what a line means feel free to ask :).

I'm tired of watching the angels fly

And knowing I'll never amount to anything.

I'm tired of being blinded by the tears I cry

And feeling only the sorrow inside me.

I don't think I will ever know

Why I stare at the heavens so blindly.

I don't know why in my head it snows

Or why no one out there can save me.

I don't know why

All these tears I cry

Help keep the sadness inside me.

No matter how hard I try

I will never hide

From the pain that lives inside me.

I'm losing all faith in love

Because it's done nothing but hurt me.

I'm praying to all the angels above

Can someone please help me?
